At Smoove University, we stand behind our quality and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns
• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
• We currently offer store credit or exchanges instead of cash refunds.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
• Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.
Final Sale Items
• Limited edition drops, sale items, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
