At Smoove University, we stand behind our quality and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

We currently offer store credit or exchanges instead of cash refunds.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.


Final Sale Items

Limited edition drops, sale items, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
